This project involves
the design and construction of of 10 blocks of Government
Quarters comprising 856 residential units and complete
with all amenities.
In December 2003, SPK handed over Phase 1 of this project,
5 months ahead of schedule, to a satisfied client Jabatan
Kerja Raya of Malaysia.
The entire project is expected to complete in March
2005.

This project includes the design and construction of
a 3.4 kilometer 2-lane dual carriageway to the Government
Quarters project. It was completed on schedule in May
2004.
